Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices shown are in AUD and include GST. Your invoice will reflect AUD amounts and is issued by Wollongonghub's Australian entity. There are no foreign transaction fees or currency conversion costs on any plan.
Can we switch plans mid-cycle?
Upgrades to a higher tier take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Downgrades are scheduled for the next renewal date so you retain full access for the remainder of your paid period.
Is there an annual billing discount?
Annual billing is available on all tiers at a 15% discount versus the monthly rate. To switch to annual billing, contact your account manager or raise a request from the billing section of your account settings.
